General Conditions of Sale (Super Jingle)

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of Super Jingle. Any natural or legal person making an order validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or cash, is considered a "client."

Article 1a: Age Limit

Age restrictions apply: Super Jingle only accepts clients over 16 years old (for physical and electronic products) and over 18 years old (for services such as coaching, workshops, and seminars). We take all necessary measures to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. While the content of our products and services is not inappropriate, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any subscriber to the newsletter who does not meet these criteria will be immediately removed from our database upon discovery. Similarly, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be refunded, and any purchased products must be returned.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a site belonging to Super Jingle implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

All prices are indicated in U.S. dollars (USD), including all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Shipping and handling fees are not included unless specified. Prices may be subject to change at any time; however, the price applied to an order will be the price announced at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of order, including for pre-order products. Payments can be made via credit or debit card. Secure online payment is processed through Stripe. Any guarantees regarding security and transaction processing are the sole responsibility of Stripe and cannot be attributed to Super Jingle.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified at the time of order placement. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address, including postal codes. The risks associated with delivery become the responsibility of the client from the moment the ordered products leave our premises. In the event of a lost package, we will take all necessary steps to either replace the product or issue a refund, in accordance with our warranty policy.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with U.S. data protection laws, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you acknowledge having read and accepted our Privacy Policy regarding data collection and usage. By entering your email address on one of our websites, you consent to receiving emails containing information and/or promotional offers related to Super Jingle or our partners. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link provided at the end of our emails.

All clauses contained in these general conditions of sale, as well as all associated purchase and sale transactions, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
